Three big things of 2025: Layoffs, First client, Getting Married And the challenge of 2025 was money anxiety. Layoffs Before the layoffs, I used to mark my year with my next travel destination. Traveling has always been really stressful. The hardest one was the first trip I had to fly alone to JFK and then land in Florida. I still remember trying to find a place to stay for the overnight layover. I searched for days and days to find the “best”, “easiest”, “lowest risk”, and so on place to stay. That's when you know even with AI and the internet, there's so much details that is just not “searchable” until you experience it first hand. And that is why I always appreciate when others are willing to take the time, to write things down and make navigating the world easier for other super-introverts like me.
