My dad drove 9 hours to get us to this beach in Sual, Pangasinan. I don’t know how we got here, I don’t know how they found the place, but it’s a very interesting choice for a destination. My uncle had to drive for more than 12 hours, so I’m pretty sure it was a thrilling experience for him, too. It was nice to see my family once in a while, so I’m not really mad about the distance. I was so exhausted, and I wasn’t really in the mood to swim, but it was awesome to connect with nature, and to know a new beach in my home country! My husband and I sat by the rocks watching the wave, and the fishes jumping out of the water and diving back again. We were also entertained by the phototourists doing photoshoots. As a retired phototourist myself, I know how long it takes to get the perfect shot, especially if it’s of yourself. We slept in mostly because we both didn’t get to sleep at all, and in the evening, we sat by the beach and chatted about our future life together. It was so nice to see…
