Today i flipped between a couple of programs on my computer and i realised that all the interfaces looked almost the same. My password manager, email client, bittorrent client, file manager, and bibliography manager are all a series of rows with columns holding data. I love this kind of interface! It’s simple, readable, and dense. It’s easy to resort the data by clicking on a column header. It is consistent with the way that the rest of my desktop looks. ...
