The Swedish word lagom means "just the right amount". Not too much, not too little. It may sound a bit boring, but I think it's a great life motto. I also feel it's one of the most difficult things to master. Finding that magic middle way. When we do, when our head and heart are in harmony, life becomes effortless. From that state of ease and openness, our potential is all but lagom. It's endless.
